I read reviews from locals and decided this was the spot. For take out I'm giving this a huge thumbs up. Everything was fresh and I was able to spice up my Mongolian Beef. No crazy after taste, you could tell they keep their fryers clean, and the Rangoon were homemade. The Orange Chicken only needed some zest. I really loved that it was actual chicken chunks and not mashed together chicken pieces. I will go here again.
Ordered steak, veggies & sterd rice with teriyaki sauce. It was Okay, not great but good service. Will return to try something different.
I love Sumo Bowl, it is always a pleasure to go there. My wife loves their General Cho's and is her go to. I just will eat about anything.
This place is GREAT!!! Had the teriyaki shrimp. Did carry out (not drive though). Wanted to see the inside of the restaurant. Small but quaint. The service was excellent. Can't wait to try the Shrimp Egg Fu Yung.

this makes twice, once again perfectly done food and service. house special lo mein and general so's. fried dumplings are plenty and tasty with homemade sauce for dunking.. the egg drop soup was not the oily crap you normally get, it was rich and tasty, hot and flavorfull. our hostess was precise in the order process and when it came time to wrap our takehome leftovers they were wrapped with care. i'm going back again, you really need to try this restaurant, they are special people.
Literally the best overall quality food with fantastic prices and the owners are so sweet its my favorite place in new bern has great options and i would recommend for everyone number 1 crab ragoons and great sweet tea
